Next, you’ll visit the site of the Pharos Lighthouse of Alexandria, once an Ancient Wonder of the world. Though the original lighthouse is no more, the majestic Citadel of Qaitbay stands in its place, a sight to behold.

As you explore further, you’ll be enchanted by the Montazah Palace gardens of King Farouk. Witness the grandeur of the presidential palaces, Salamlek and Al-Haramlik, set against the backdrop of adjacent beaches. This will be followed by delightful photo opportunities at Alexandria’s most charming mosque and Alexander the Great memorial statue.

Your journey continues with a visit to the oldest church in Africa, the Church of St. Mark, before proceeding to Alexandria’s old harbor.
