Tour Itinerary

Tours from Sokhna Port to Cairo

Our representative will meet you at the cruise ship exit door at Sokhna Port and take you to Cairo in a private, air-conditioned vehicle. From Cairo, you will begin your private, guided tour of the pyramids. Start your trip by going to Cairo’s tourist spots:

Giza Pyramids Complex:

The mythical Giza Pyramids have stood on the sacred lands of Giza since the old kingdom (2686–2134 BC) when the kings knew the secret to live forever in the 4th dynasty of huge wonders like:

The Great Pyramid:

From 2609 BC to 2584 BC, Pharaoh Khufu was alive. He was named for the Great Pyramid of Giza, one of the wonders of the ancient world that can still be seen today.

It stands 147 meters tall and is made of 2.3 million limestone blocks that weigh a total of 6 million tonnes. It has many unusual chambers, such as the Queen’s chamber, the King’s chamber, the big void, the grand hall, and many more.

The Great Sphinx:

Horus of the Horizon, also known as the Sphinx, is a guardian that has always been there. The ancient Egyptian gods told him to watch over the divine wonders of Giza.

Khafre, who was Pharaoh from 2558 BC to 2532 BC, built it to show how smart and powerful he was. Under the face of the sphinx is the legendary dream Steele of Thutmose IV. It was put there in 1401 BC to tell a fascinating story.

Valley Temple:

Since the beginning of time, people have been going to the Divine Valley temple to worship. It was built to honor the royal families of the 4th dynasty’s dead by mummifying their bodies.

Go to a local restaurant in Cairo for lunch, then meet up with your private guide to see:

Saqqara Step Pyramid:

During the reign of Pharaoh Djoser, Imhotep’s great mind made the Saqqara Step Pyramid (2649 BC – 2611 BC). Its signature complex has six steps and is 62 m tall. It is the largest and most important building in all of Egypt’s history.
